Job summary

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg) is a leading industrial gas company in Southeast Asia, employing 800 people. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, incident analysis, MOC, safety, and cost control to ensure plant reliability and compliance.

You will manage monthly maintenance, conduct RCA with CAPA, enforce permits and risk assessments, monitor OPEX/CAPEX, train site personnel, and lead daily handovers, collaborating across departments to deliver results under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years working experience in chemical industry.
• Experience in cryogenic air separation unit (ASU) and Steam Methane Reformer unit (SMR) operation is a plus.
• Knowledge of process safety risk management tools such as FMEA and HAZOP.
• Strong analytical skills with proactive optimisation suggestions.
• Organised, detail oriented and a good team player with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly site maintenance schedules and coordinate shutdown commitments.
• Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for site incidents and drive CAPA actions.
• Enforce Safe Work Permits, Risk Assessments and MOC protocols; conduct site safety audits.
• Monitor OPEX against budgets and justify CAPEX for improvements.
• Lead daily shift handovers and train site personnel to divisional procedures.
