The Specialist, On-site is responsible to ensure the safe and reliable performance of the on-site units.

You will support the on-site manager in planning and executing planned shutdown maintenance

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering preferred.
• Experience in continuous plant maintenance and operations.
• Experience in working and troubleshooting E&I in plant operations (sensors, transmitters, control, PLC).
• Hands-on troubleshooting in PLC, instrumentation and control systems.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and neighboring countries when required.
• Class 3 license is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective and efficient maintenance services for all on-site plants.
• Ensure maintenance activities meet project schedule, budget and customer requirements.
• Manage maintenance and operation procedures; adhere to safety and IMS standards.
• Review IMS compliance and drive improvement actions timely.
• Support audits with necessary documentation and records.
• Suggest and implement SMART savings without compromising safety and reliability.
• Assist in change management and evaluating proposed initiatives.
