Air Liquide Singapore is seeking a senior site engineer/manager to oversee maintenance schedules, incident investigations, and safety/risk management across the site. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience in chemical, petrochemical, or industrial gas sectors.

You will lead maintenance planning, RCA/CAPA initiatives, and cross‑functional coordination while ensuring budget adherence and CAPEX justifications.

Formación

• Solid knowledge of site equipment maintenance regimes and plant availability strategies.
• Experience with vendor quality management.
• Strong grasp of process safety and risk management tools (HAZOP, FMEA, Safe Work Permits, MOC).
• Ability to monitor OPEX against budgets and justify CAPEX upgrades.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, external vendors, and facility management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Plant Availability & Maintenance schedules to maximize equipment reliability and plant uptime.
• Lead Incident Investigations and RCA for site incidents and implement CAPA locally and at related sites.
• Enforce Safety, Quality & Risk Management standards including SWPs and MOC workflows.
• Monitor OPEX within budgets and prepare technical/financial justifications for CAPEX improvements.
• Maintain IMS compliance, close audit actions, and ensure supply reliability and plant standards.
• Lead site personnel training, conduct execution audits, and run daily handover meetings.
