Job summary

Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited seeks an On-site Specialist to ensure safe and reliable operation of on-site plants and to support shutdown maintenance planning. You will respond rapidly to supply interruptions, perform root‑cause analyses, and assist with commissioning and IMS compliance across projects.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of E&I systems, sensors, transmitters, PLCs, and analyzers, with travel to client sites and potential nearby countries.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering preferred.
• Experience in continuous plant maintenance and operations.
• Experience in working and troubleshooting E&I in plant operations (sensors, transmitters, PLC, analyzers, control valves, actuators).
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and neighboring countries.
• Class 3 driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reliable performance of on-site units.
• Support planning and execution of planned shutdown maintenance.
• Respond swiftly to supply interruptions to minimize downtime.
• Investigate root causes and perform 8D reports.
• Support technical reviews and commissioning in new projects.
• Maintain IMS compliance and support process improvements.
• Prepare documentation for audits and maintain records.
• Propose ideas for cost savings and process improvements.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory, and corporate standards.
