Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Plant Operations Supervisor to join the team in Tuas. The role involves monitoring daily plant operations, supervising shifts, and ensuring safety and compliance with SOPs.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in Engineering or Chemistry, have at least 2 years in the process industry, and be willing to work in a plant environment with 12-hour rotating shifts. Other details will be discussed during shortlisting.

Qualifications

• At least Diploma in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Process industry.
• Willing to work in a plant or industrial environment.
• Willing to work on 12-hours rotating shift whenever needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily plant operations and ensure activities are carried out safely and according to SOPs.
• Support shift supervisors in coordinating manpower and ensuring smooth shift operations.
• Conduct routine plant inspections and monitor operational activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure staff comply with safety procedures, PPE requirements and EHS regulations.
• Monitor waste handling activities and ensure proper safety and spill-prevention measures are followed.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors and relevant parties on operational matters.
• Respond to operational issues and emergencies during assigned shifts.
• Assist with plant shutdowns and other operational activities when required.

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Plant Operations Supervisor
• Location: Tuas (Transport provided)
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + OT + Shift Allowances + Transport Allowance
