Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. client in the Environmental Services sector seeks a Plant Operations Supervisor/ Superintendent to join their team in Tuas.

This permanent role offers office hours Monday to Friday with 12-hour rotating shifts when required, and transport allowance. You will monitor daily plant operations, ensure safety and SOP compliance, and support shift supervisors in manpower coordination. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or Chemistry and at least 2 years in the

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in the process industry.
• Willing to work in a plant/industrial environment.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily plant operations and ensure activities are carried out safely and according to SOPs.
• Support shift supervisors in coordinating manpower and ensuring smooth shift operations.
• Conduct routine plant inspections and monitor operational activities during assigned shifts.
• Ensure staff comply with safety procedures, PPE requirements and EHS regulations.
• Monitor waste handling activities and ensure proper safety and spill-prevention measures are followed.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors and relevant parties on operational matters.
• Respond to operational issues and emergencies during assigned shifts.
• Assist with plant shutdowns and other operational activities when required.

• Location: Tuas (Transport provided)
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, Office Hours
• Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + OT + Shift Allowances + Transport Allowance
