Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment while ensuring all employees understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure the availability of raw materials needed for production.
