Job summary

Elitez India is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote L1/L2 support for plant IT systems, including MOM/MES applications. You will troubleshoot incidents, escalate when needed, and help integrate MES/MOM with ERP and shop-floor OT environments.

The role involves change management, plant rollouts, migrations, and maintaining assets, logs and documentation. Travel across regional sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of IT resource experience in manufacturing.
• Exposure to MOM/MES platforms and OT/IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote L1/L2 support for plant IT systems, including MOM/MES apps.
• Troubleshoot incidents and escalate to regional/global teams when needed.
• Support integration between MES/MOM, ERP and shop-floor/OT environments.
• Participate in testing, deployment support and release documentation.
• Support plant rollouts, upgrades and migrations of IT and MES/MOM components.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, user access records and technical docs.
• Assist plant users with training, onboarding and day-to-day IT queries.
• Prepare operational and incident reports for plant and regional stakeholders.
• Follow IT/OT cybersecurity and site safety procedures.
• Travel between sites in the region when required.
