Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience as an IT resource in a manufacturing facility is required.
• Exposure to MOM/MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter, AVEVA or Apriso is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISA-95 and OT/IT architecture is desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs/web services and scripting is beneficial.
• Basic PLC/SCADA awareness helps in plant IT/OT coordination.
• IIoT, cloud and Industry 4.0 awareness; IEC 62443 cybersecurity knowledge
• Experience in food, agri or process manufacturing is advantageous.
• ITIL or equivalent service management knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote L1/L2 support for plant IT systems, including MOM/MES applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating to regional or global teams as needed.
• Support integration between plant systems (MES/MOM, ERP) and shop-floor/OT environments.
• Participate in change management: testing, deployment support and release documentation.
• Support plant rollouts, upgrades and migrations of IT and MES/MOM components.
• Maintain IT asset inventories, user access records and technical documentation.
• Assist plant users with training, onboarding and day-to-day IT queries.
• Prepare operational and incident reports for plant and regional stakeholders.
• Follow IT/OT cybersecurity and site safety procedures.
• Travel between sites in the region (e.g., by car) when required.
