Job summary

SMCC Overseas Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Project Controls professional in Singapore to support execution planning, project controls, and coordination with the project team on civil construction projects.

You will prepare execution, logistic and construction plans, manage time analysis and contract notices, and handle extensions of time, with proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office. 3+ years experience required in Singapore's construction sector; on-site duties apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Project software.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare execution, logistic and construction plans.
• Project controls including time analysis and contract notices.
• Analyze and apply extensions of time for completion.
• Coordinate with the project team.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly site progress reports.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
