Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Project Execution Plan / Logistic Plan / Construction Plan.
• Project controls including contract administration for time analysis and notices.
• Analyze, prepare and apply Extension of Time for Completion.
• Coordinate with Project Team.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly project status reports to documentation controller.
• Ad hoc duties assigned.
