Job summary

SMCC Overseas Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Project Controls professional in Singapore to support execution planning, project controls, and coordination with the project team on civil construction projects.

You will prepare execution, logistic and construction plans, manage time analysis and contract notices, and handle extensions of time, with proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and MS Office. 3+ years experience required in Singapore's construction sector; on-site duties apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and MS Project software.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.

Job Description:

• Prepare Project Execution Plan/ Logistic Plan/ Construction Plan.
• Project Controls including Contract Administration for Time Analysis/ Implications, preparing and serving Contractual Notices (Time Implications)
• Analyze, prepare and apply Extension of Time for Completion.
• Coordinate with Project Team.
• Prepare and submit weekly/ monthly project status (Site progress) to document controller for weekly/ monthly report compilation.
• Ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field in Singapore’s Construction industry.
• Must have the knowledge using Primavera (P6), MS Project software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
