• Strong knowledge of project planning and cost control.
• Experience with construction projects preferred.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Analyse project progress and identify potential delays.
• Prepare project performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and suppliers.
• Track project milestones, deliverables and variations.
• Implement project control procedures and reporting systems.
