Job summary

SMCC Overseas Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Construction Planner to prepare the Project Execution, Logistic, and Construction Plans, and to coordinate with the project team on site.

The role covers project controls including time analysis and contractual notices, handling extension of time applications, and submitting weekly to monthly progress reports to the documentation controller. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in Singapore's construction industry.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Analyze, prepare and apply Extension of Time for Completion.
• Coordinate with Project Team.

• Ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field in Singapore’s Construction industry.
• Must have the knowledge using Primavera (P6), MS Project software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
