Job summary

hkm hr management pte. ltd. is seeking a Civil Project Coordinator in Singapore to plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities in line with master schedules and site requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing essential project documents, ensuring adherence to ESH guidelines, and coordinating with Clients, Authorities, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least two years of construction experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the construction and infrastructure industry.
• Experience coordinating with Clients, Authorities, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating construction tasks according to schedules.
• Prepare and submit project documents: timelines, method statements, design plans, risk evaluations, monthly updates.
• Oversee construction work to ensure compliance with contract terms, drawings, quality standards, and ESH guidelines.
• Collaborate with Clients, Authorities, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers; provide solutions and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants for site inspections; submit technical reports and maintain site records.
• Support QS department in reviewing contractor claims and progress payments.
• Attend meetings with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors to monitor timelines and progress.
• Maintain organized document control; review detailed design drawings and project specifications.
