Job summary

B H S KINETIC PTE LTD, a leading engineering-based logistic service firm in the semiconductor vertical, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to schedule, arrange and monitor trucking activities, and manage import/export shipping documents. You will liaise with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure requests are met, monitor operations, and deliver timely service.

Diploma in a relevant discipline is required; certification in transportation or customer service is a plus; at least 1

• At least 1 year of related experience in shipping/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling, arrangement, and monitoring of trucking activities.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer's requests are met.
• Manage and execute all import/export shipping activities and documentation.
• Attend to queries on operational matters from customers, driver and transport team.
• Monitor ongoing operations to ensure timely execution and delivery.

Requirements

• Certification in transportation or customer service will be an added advantage
• At least 1 year of similar professional experience
• Experience in Liaising with drivers, customers, and key process stakeholders
• Experience in Transport and freight terms will be an added advantage
• Competencies - Planning, Coordinating, Prioritizing, Customer Service, Administration
• Able to communicate clearly and directly
• Process-oriented with a sense of urgency
