Job summary

ALWAYSHIRED PTE. LTD. is seeking a Production Planner to manage planning, delivery and supply issues for assigned customer accounts.

You will analyze metrics, support root cause analysis, and participate in improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires a degree in SCM/Logistics/Manufacturing and at least 2 years of related experience. Proficiency in SAP/MRP and Excel is preferred, with a mix of office and on-site duties in

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, material planning or supply chain.
• SAP/MRP knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets
• Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• SAP/ MRP knowledge is an added advantage
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Other Details:

• Location: Tampines
• Remuneration: AWS and Variable Bonus
• Working day: Wednesday to Sunday (5 working Days), Monday & Tuesday OFF
• Working time: 7.00am - 3.00pm
• Note: Wednesday to Friday require work in office; Saturday & Sunday is work from home
