Job summary

INGRASYS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Supply Chain Planner to coordinate demand, production schedules and delivery commitments for assigned customers at the Singapore site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, at least 2 years’ experience, and strong Excel/data analysis skills. Office-based with 3-month training, then permanent shift pattern in an upcoming schedule.

Qualifications

Working location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760

1. Normal shift

Monday till Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Work Arrangement: Office-based

2. Weekend Support

Wednesday till Sunday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

o Office-based: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

o Work From Home (WFH): Saturday and Sunday

o While working from home is allowed, attendance at the office will be required when necessary.

• Successful candidates are required to undergo a 3-month training programme from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the office before transitioning to the permanent shift schedule.

The Planner is responsible for coordinating customer demand, production schedules, and supply chain activities to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This role serves as the key point of contact for assigned customers, proactively managing delivery commitments, resolving supply issues, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Area Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison for assigned customer accounts, managing planning, delivery, and supply-related matters.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring effective issue resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Provide customers with regular and ad hoc updates on production schedules, order status, and delivery timelines.

Track and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying gaps and supporting root cause analysis for performance deviations.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall supply chain performance.

Monitor production schedules and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure fulfilment of customer delivery requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, customer service, or a related function.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in managing responsibilities.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong team player with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with SAP and MRP systems will be an added advantage.
