Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte Ltd is seeking a production planning professional in Tampines, Singapore. You will coordinate planning, delivery, and supply activities to ensure on-time production and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have SAP/MRP experience, strong Excel skills, and at least 2 years in production planning or related roles in manufacturing environments.

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business Administration or a related discipline.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts regarding planning, delivery and supply issues.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring fast resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc updates/ reports to customers on production schedules, delivery timelines, and order status.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and support root cause analysis for missed targets
• Participate in continues improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain performance.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure alignment with customer delivery requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• SAP/ MRP knowledge is an added advantage
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Other Details:

• Location: Tampines
• Remuneration: AWS and Variable Bonus
• Working day: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
