Job summary

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Proactive, independent, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
• Good team player with strong coordination skills.
• Experience with SAP or MRP systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for assigned customers on orders, delivery schedules, and supply matters.
• Monitor customer orders and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide customers with regular updates on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and other internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve supply or delivery issues promptly.
• Track supply chain performance and support root cause analysis when issues arise.
• Analyse planning and operational data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
