Job summary

ASE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a planning professional to oversee WIP, backlog and daily production scheduling within our manufacturing operations in Singapore.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely MES execution and meet SOD targets in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a diploma or degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or manufacturing, at least two years of experience, strong communication, and a proactive, meticulous mindset to optimize

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated and meticulous with team focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage WIP and customer backlog.
• Plan daily production schedule for MES and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet SOD targets.
• Manage customer demand forecast and capacity allocation.
• Act as customer interface with daily operational updates to customers.
• Improve capacity utilization through better device mix management.
