Job summary

TALENTVUE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced production planner to oversee schedules, balance resources, and drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency. You will coordinate with multiple departments to resolve operational requirements and keep plans aligned with customer orders and capacity constraints.

The role focuses on optimizing throughput, reducing waste, and delivering timely production plans. A Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience are required, with Six Sigma preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma
• Experience: 5+ years in production planning or related field.
• OEE / process improvement experience.
• Six Sigma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and execution of production schedules based on orders, capacity, and priorities.
• Balance materials, manpower, machinery, and capacity for smooth operations.
• Track daily output and address scheduling issues and delays.
• Supervise the planning function and ensure timely execution of planning activities.
• Review production performance and identify opportunities to improve machine utilization and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and Purchasing to resolve operational requirements.
• Monitor key operational indicators and prepare reports for management review.
• Support initiatives on cost control, waste reduction, and process improvement.
• Assist management in improving overall production planning processes.

• Work closely with internal departments including Production, Sales, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Purchasing to resolve operational requirements.
• Monitor key operational indicators and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Support initiatives aimed at cost control, waste reduction, process improvement, and better resource utilization.
• Assist management in improving overall production planning processes and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Must have OEE / process improvement experience
• Six sigma preferred
