Job summary

igus Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Material Planner to shape local planning, inventory logic, and replenishment workflows within our ERP framework. You will manage ~15,000 SKUs, balancing production continuity, delivery performance, and working capital optimization.

You will act as a bridge between igus Singapore, igus HQ in Germany, and local logistics partners, ensuring accurate data, timely procurements, and proactive problem-solving across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on planning, inventory coordination, or procurement experience.
• Exposure to ERP rollouts or warehouse parameter setup is valued.
• Strong English communication across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement local inventory rules, ERP parameters, and replenishment workflows.
• Convert demand signals into daily purchase plans and optimize orders.
• Coordinate with HQ and logistics partners to track orders and expedite materials.
• Monitor safety stock and obsolete items to reduce working capital risk.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and prepare inventory health reports.
