Job summary

Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Planner to manage demand planning, analyze historical billing data, and develop stocking strategies to ensure material availability for operations.

You will coordinate with Business Units, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Logistics and Engineering; drive process improvements; manage E&O and product lifecycle; and prepare quarterly reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in materials and production planning in manufacturing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of demand planning and reorder-point methods.
• Analytical skills in demand trends and buying patterns.
• Proficiency in Excel; Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand planning process and analyze historical data.
• Develop stocking strategies to support operational requirements.
• Drive for optimal inventory to meet customer OTD.
• Collaborate with buyers to improve delivery commitment.
• Interface among BU, Customer Ops, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Logistics & Engineering.
• Manage E&O and product lifecycle for new launches and aging stock.
• Prepare quarterly reports and engage in process improvements.
