28C YOLATES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Lead Pilates Instructor to guide Reformer, Tower and other Pilates classes, develop training programs, and mentor instructors to uphold high teaching standards in Singapore.

The role involves planning schedules, supporting marketing and business growth, and assisting with new studio openings while ensuring exceptional member experiences. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

Pilates teaching experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Reformer, Tower, and other Pilates classes to deliver engaging sessions.
Develop and enhance class programs and training standards to ensure high-quality instruction.
Train, mentor, and guide new and existing instructors to improve teaching skills and consistency.
Plan instructor schedules and coordinate daily studio operations for smooth workflow.
Monitor class quality and maintain consistent teaching standards to ensure excellent member experience.
Implement strategies to support member retention and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes to build a skilled instructor team.
Support studio management, marketing activities, and business development to drive growth.
Assist management with the opening and operational setup of new studio locations.
