Job summary

CRAWFURD Medical Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Clinic Assistant/Phlebotomy support to join our team. You will perform phlebotomy, assist doctors during consultations, and help with basic procedures and administrative duties.

You will handle patient registration, triage, billing, and medication dispensing, liaise with patients, and contribute to the clinic's smooth operation. Training will be provided for additional procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident handling high-volume blood draws, including challenging veins.
• Ability to set IV cannulas is advantageous.
• Able to work collaboratively in a clinic team setting.
• Good communication skills.
• At least GCE N Level qualifications and/or basic nursing qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy procedures using proper, sterile and safe techniques both in-clinic and at on-site events.
• Support doctors during consultations and procedures as needed.
• Assist with simple procedures, including ECG, dressings, nebulizer administration, and other minor treatments.
• Assist in administrative tasks, including patient registration, triage, billing, and medication dispensing
• Handle liaison with patients and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and support.
• Assist in medical reports and inventory checks.
• Contribute to maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic.
• Perform data entry and daily settlement closure.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or Management.

Job description

Job Responsibilities :-

• Perform phlebotomy procedures using proper, sterile and safe techniques both in-clinic and at on-site events
• Support doctors during consultations and procedures as needed.
• Assist with simple procedures, including but not limited to ECG, dressings, nebulizer administration, and other minor treatments.
• Assist in performing audiometry, spirometry, treadmill tests, visual checks, and basic physical examinations (training will be provided).
• Assist with clinic assistant duties such as patient registration, triage, billing, and medication dispensing
• Handle liaison with patients and / or external clients, ensuring smooth communication and support.
• Assist in administrative tasks, including but not limited to compiling and sending out medical examination reports, preparing corporate claims and inventory checks.
• Contribute to maintenance of the physical facility of the clinic
• Perform data entry and closure of daily settlement
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management

Qualification & Experience:-

• Able to work in fast paced environment

Work Schedules: Mondays to Fridays: 0830hrs to 1730hrs or 0900hrs to 1800hrs (based on roster), Saturdays: 0830 hrs to 1230 hrs
