Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Clinical Support Coordinator to perform blood collection (venipuncture, capillary, heel-prick) and related procedures (ECG, spirometry) efficiently and accurately.

You will maintain a clean work area, comply with infection control and workplace safety guidelines, verify patient identity using two identifiers, ensure proper documentation and traceability of samples, and provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and vendors

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification or relevant diploma required.
• 2–5 years of phlebotomy in fast-paced environments.
• Biomedical/Nursing/Health Sciences background preferred.

• Perform blood collection (venipuncture, capillary, heel-prick) and related procedures (ECG, spirometry) efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean work area and comply with infection control and workplace safety guidelines.
• Verify patient identity using two identifiers before testing.
• Ensure proper documentation practices and traceability of samples.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and vendors, both in-person and over the phone.

Required Skills and Experience:

- N/O Level, ITE Certificate/Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a Phlebotomy Certificate.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience performing phlebotomy in a fast-paced environment.
