Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a phlebotomist for the West side polyclinics to perform blood collection, ECG and spirometry, delivering accurate results with professional care.

You will follow infection-control guidelines, identify patients correctly, and maintain thorough documentation to support safe, high-quality care across the community.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years’ experience with phlebotomy.
• Willing to travel around west side polyclinics when necessary
• Any healthcare qualification or Phlebotomy certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, skillful and accurate blood collection for patients using venipuncture, capillary and heel-prick
• Perform phlebotomy, ECG, spirometry in an accurate, efficient and professional way
• Ensure compliance with infection control guidelines
• Ensure 2 identifiers are performed for every patient prior to collection before performing tests
• Ensure proper documentation for traceability and in adherence to good documentation practices
• Ensure compliance to workplace safety, hand hygiene and other applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements of the laboratory
