Qualifications

• Solid programming skills and a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, with in-depth understanding of deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, or multimodal learning.
• Demonstrate good communication and collaboration skills to work with the team on new technologies and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Large language Model Algorithm Development: Build domain-specific LLM/MLLMs for ecommerce, integrating domain knowledge to apply models to business scenarios.
• E-commerce Governance Optimization: Improve merchant/product/video/live-stream/IPR governance through algorithm optimization and develop intelligent review systems.
• Model Enhancement: Data construction, foundational model improvements, instruction fine-tuning, and PEFT for ecommerce domain.
• Problem Solving for Governance Applications: Tackle long text modeling, few-shot learning, content moderation, violation detection, and policy recommendations using large models.
• Model Development and Optimization: Research and optimize ecommerce NLP and multimodal models to improve multilingual, multi-task, and multi-modal performance.
