WellAway E-Pharmacy in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join a dynamic team of pharmacists, technicians and assistants. You will process prescriptions, manage logistics for local deliveries, and support inventory and admin tasks in a fast-paced e-pharmacy environment.
Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician, with 1–2 years in healthcare and comfort working with MS Office. Weekend/public holiday shifts are required.

Reporting to the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician will be joining a dynamic team of pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy assistants in running daily operations, ensuring safe, accurate efficient and timely distribution of drugs.
Subjected to the interest and qualifications of the candidate, he/she may be considered to assist in other portfolios such as clinical services, customer engagement and marketing.
Process prescriptions or medication orders
Plan, deploy and monitor logistics/delivery services to customers, which includes delivery scheduling.
Assist the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor in inventory management, such as cycle counts and stock take
Provide counselling services to patients
Handle any e-pharmacy related enquiries via email, messages or phone call
Handle other administrative and billing enquiries.
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science and/or a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician by Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore
Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
1-2 years of working experience in the healthcare industry (experience in frontline patient interactive roles an advantage)
Meticulous and organized
Able to work both independently and within a team
Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with Microsoft Office suites and their advanced features.
