Job summary

JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. is hiring for a retail/pharmacy support role in the West region of Singapore. The person will ensure the store opens on time, keep systems ready, and drive upselling of weekly specials.

The role involves handling cash, maintaining stock, data entry in SAP, and assisting with staff training and documentation. Prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial and the position offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level and above.
• Retail/customer service experience advantageous.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store opens punctually and systems are ready for use.
• Upsell weekly specials and practice plus-selling.
• Handle payments and cash flow processes.
• Maintain daily sales records and enter data into SAP.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish inventory in the pharmacy.
• Process goods receipts and inter-branch transfers; resolve errors.
• Assist in organizing and filing retail documents neatly.
• Coach and orientate new staff on retail workflows and pharmacy activities.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Description

• Maintain proper daily sales records and perform data entry into SAP system
• Maintain and monitor stock levels and replenish stocks in the pharmacy

• Assist in compiling information and filing of retail documents in a neat and organized manner.
• Assist to coach and orientate new staff on retail workflows and pharmacy activities

Job Requirements

• With Retail / Customer Service experience are advantageous
