Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Pharmacy Technician at a healthcare facility in the West of Singapore. You will handle stock, assist in dispensing, and support pharmacy operations in a team-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or certificate in pharmaceutical sciences and at least 2 years of healthcare or pharmacy experience; familiarity with pharmacy automation is a plus. Training and onboarding will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in pharmaceutical sciences or pharmacy technician training as stated.
• Familiarity with medication delivery processes and pharmacy automation is advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmacy settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and repackage incoming stock to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Process medication orders and prescriptions according to established standards.
• Conduct quality checks on picked medication orders and prepare them for delivery.
• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and periodic stock takes.
• Collaborate with IT to support automation and pharmacy systems.
• Coordinate deliveries to healthcare facilities or patients, including reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Handle billing and documentation for pharmacy services provided.
• Assist in maintaining pharmacy consumables and general housekeeping.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and guiding new staff within the pharmacy section.
• Take on team lead responsibilities for assigned sections when appointed.
• Perfrom other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Our client is a Healthcare Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Pharmacy Technician to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.

Job Responsibilities:
