Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking entry-level candidates to join a pharmacy support team in Singapore. You will receive on-the-job training while assisting with daily pharmacy operations, medication handling, stock management and general pharmacy support alongside an experienced team.

No prior pharmacy experience required; training provided. You will perform routine tasks, help with stock, maintain clean, organised work areas and weigh items up to 10kg as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Previous pharmacy experience not required; training provided.
• Comfortable with handling items up to 10kg.
• Responsible, organised and attentive with medications and supplies.
• Willing to learn new procedures and follow instructions.
• Able to work cooperatively within a structured healthcare team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations and workflow of the pharmacy.
• Provide support to pharmacists and pharmacy staff with routine operational tasks.
• Prepare, organise, replenish, and arrange medications and pharmacy supplies according to established procedures.
• Assist with stocktaking, inventory checks, and basic stock control activities.
• Receive incoming supplies and help with sorting, organising, and transferring items to designated areas.
• Ensure medications and pharmacy supplies are placed and stored correctly.
• Keep work areas, storage spaces, and pharmacy stations clean and well organised.
• Provide basic administrative and operational assistance when required.
• Support other pharmacy-related activities as directed by the team or supervisor.
• Handle items weighing up to approximately 10kg as part of normal work duties.
