Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is looking for an entry-level Pharmacy Assistant to join a dynamic team in Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience and play a vital role in supporting daily pharmacy operations, with structured on-the-job training to develop essential skills.

Ideal candidates have at least GCE O/N Level, are comfortable with physical workloads, and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level and above.
• No prior pharmacy experience required; training will be provided.
• Comfortable with physical tasks involving loads up to 10kg.
• Responsible, organized and attentive to detail.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the pharmacy.
• Support pharmacists and the team with dispensing-related tasks.
• Prepare, arrange and replenish medications and pharmacy supplies.
• Perform stock checks, inventory management and general housekeeping.
• Assist with receiving, organising and moving pharmacy supplies.
• Ensure items are stored accurately and in accordance with procedures.
• Provide basic administrative and operational support when required.
• Handle loads of up to 10kg as part of daily duties.
