Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level candidate to join a pharmacy support team and gain practical experience in day-to-day operations, medication handling, and stock management within a structured healthcare environment.

You will work alongside pharmacists and staff, receive on-the-job training, perform routine operational tasks, assist with inventory, and help maintain clean, well-organised work areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• No pharmacy experience required - training provided.
• Ability to handle items weighing up to 10kg.
• Organised, responsible and attentive to medications and supplies.
• Willing to learn new procedures and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations and workflow of the pharmacy.
• Provide support to pharmacists and pharmacy staff with routine operational tasks.
• Prepare, organise, replenish, and arrange medications and pharmacy supplies according to established procedures.
• Assist with stocktaking, inventory checks, and basic stock control activities.
• Receive incoming supplies and help with sorting, organising, and transferring items to designated areas.
• Ensure medications and pharmacy supplies are placed and stored correctly.
• Keep work areas, storage spaces, and pharmacy stations clean and well organised.
• Provide basic administrative and operational assistance when required.
• Support other pharmacy-related activities as directed by the team or supervisor.
