RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Excellence Pharmacist to lead improvements in pharmacy operations from West Singapore. The role focuses on driving productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a pharmacy degree, Singapore registration, and hands-on experience with analytics, dashboards, and digital transformation in healthcare operations. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science (Pharmacy) or related field.
Registered pharmacist with Singapore licensing.
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and process improvement.
Experience with data analytics and dashboards preferred.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, automation, AI or digital transformation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence initiatives across pharmacy operations to enhance productivity, service quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.
Analyse pharmacy workflows and operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas where performance can be improved.
Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, covering workflow management, inventory, manpower deployment, and resolution of operational issues.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, operational reports, and analytics to provide meaningful insights and support business decision-making.
Leverage data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to address operational challenges and improve overall pharmacy performance.
