Job summary

WhiteCoat Global, a Singapore-headquartered digital health provider, seeks a senior Pharmacist to lead a 24/7 dispensary operation with responsibility for medication management, regulatory compliance, and commercial pricing. Qualifications

• Bachelor5s degree in Pharmacy

What you will be doing

We're looking for an experienced Pharmacist to lead our 24/7 dispensary operation. This role owns medication management, regulatory compliance, and commercial pricing, while leading a large team (minimally 10) across round‑the‑clock shifts. You'll be the anchor PIC, accountable for ensuring every shift, day or night, runs to the same clinical and service standard. This is a senior role combining hands‑on pharmacy leadership with real operational and people management scope.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:

Inventory & Medication Management

• Own end-to-end medication stock management across all shifts, ensuring optimal stock levels, proper storage conditions, and zero disruption to patient care at any hour
• Manage and reconcile all stock adjustments in the inventory system, maintaining accurate, audit‑ready records across a 24/7 operation
• Raise and track routine purchase requisitions, balancing lead times, storage constraints, and cost efficiency
• Partner closely with the medical team to shape the clinic's medication formulary, recommending substitutions and new additions based on clinical need, patient demographics, and cost‑effectiveness
• Ensure a well‑rounded range of medications is available across common conditions and all shifts, balancing clinical coverage with budgetary discipline

Commercial & Pricing

• Propose and review medication pricing that is competitive in the market while protecting healthy gross margins
• Monitor pricing trends and cost movements, flagging risks or opportunities to the Singapore Country Manager

Dispensary Operations Management

• Accountable for overall dispensary operations, including maintenance of dispensary equipment and coordination with the delivery operations team on 3PL order‑routing and parcel pickup workflows
• Lead a team (minimally 10) across a 24/7 shift roster, including shift scheduling, workload allocation, coaching, and performance management
• Build and develop shift leads/supervisors who can hold operational and compliance standards on shifts you're not personally present for
• Build a team culture of accountability and service excellence across all shifts, ensuring consistency regardless of time of day
• Identify training needs and upskill team members on SOPs, systems, and regulatory updates

Compliance & Regulatory

• Ensure full compliance with the Poisons Act, Medicines Act, and HSA/MOH licensing and dispensing requirements across every shift
• Maintain up‑to‑date SOPs for controlled drug handling, storage, and disposal, with clear shift handover protocols, and ensure the full team is trained and audit‑ready at all times
• Manage timely renewal of relevant licences and registrations, and lead the dispensary through any regulatory inspections or audits
• Run bi‑annual inventory stocktakes

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the go‑to point of contact for doctors, partners, and patients on all dispensary and medication matters
• Drive excellence in dispensary service standards around the clock, contributing to overall patient experience and operational reliability
• Attend Singapore team and management meetings, and represent the dispensary on Singapore or organisation‑wide initiatives and projects as needed

What we are looking for

• Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC), holding a valid Practising Certificate
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Pharmacy from an institution recognised by the SPC
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of post‑registration experience, including prior experience as a Pharmacist-in‑Charge and managing a sizeable team in a shift‑based or extended‑hours setting
• Strong working knowledge of the Poisons Act, Medicines Act, and HSA regulatory requirements for retail/clinic pharmacy, including PIC coverage obligations
• Demonstrated experience managing teams of 10 or more, ideally across shift rosters, with strong people leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Comfortable working with inventory/ERP systems and translating data into stock and pricing decisions
• Commercially minded, able to balance clinical judgment with margin and budget considerations
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to work cross‑functionally with doctors, clinic operations, and central teams
