Job summary

WhiteCoat Global, a Singapore-headquartered digital health provider, is seeking a Clinical Operations Executive to join the dispensary team. You will be responsible for maintaining daily operations and ensuring processes are delivered to the highest quality.

On a day-to-day basis you will uphold dispensing accuracy, schedule deliveries, liaise with courier partners, oversee the dispensary team, dispense and pack medications, and handle pickups.

• Fresh graduates welcome with Diploma.
• Must be meticulous and detail-oriented.

What you will be doing

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Executive to join our dispensary team. You will be responsible for maintaining daily operations and ensuring processes are carried out with the highest quality.

On a Day-to-day Basis, You Will

• Uphold dispensing accuracy, medication handling, and quality control protocols
• Schedule medication deliveries
• Manage and liaise with courier partners
• Oversee the dispensary team
• Dispense and pack medications according to prescriptions
• Facilitate delivery agent pickups
• Handle ad hoc administrative and dispensary tasks as required

What we are looking for

Required

• Diploma, fresh graduates are welcome
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Required to work on rotational shift hours which includes 2 night shifts & 1 weekend shift per week and public holidays

Good To Have

• Relevant experience in packing roles or in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
