Job summary

WhiteCoat Global, a Singapore-headquartered digital health provider, seeks a senior Pharmacist to lead a 24/7 dispensary operation with responsibility for medication management, regulatory compliance, and commercial pricing. You will oversee a large team across round-the-clock shifts and serve as the anchor PIC for consistent clinical and service standards.

The role combines hands-on pharmacy leadership with operational and people-management scope, requiring strong knowledge of Poisons Act,

Qualifications

• Bachelor5s degree in Pharmacy
• Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) and Practising Certificate
• 5 years of post-registration experience in pharmacy operations
• Strong leadership and people-management experience
• Experience with inventory/ERP systems and data-driven stock decisions
• Commercially minded with ability to balance margins and budget

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end 24/7 dispensary operations and shift rosters for a large team.
• Oversee inventory and medication management across all shifts with audit-ready records.
• Propose and monitor medication pricing to protect margins and respond to market trends.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Poisons Act, Medicines Act, and HSA/MOH licensing.
• Serve as the primary contact for doctors, partners, and patients on dispensary matters
