Job summary

GLOWGROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations at its Singapore site. You will manage both in-house and outsourced warehousing, drive inventory accuracy, safety, and cost controls, and partner with production to meet business needs.

The role emphasizes people leadership, process improvements, and implementation of Lean, with responsibilities for KPI setting, vendor coordination, and compliance with EHS policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of relevant warehouse experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management capacity.
• Experience managing both in-house and outsourced warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong inventory management knowledge and operational controls.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warehouse team with clear KPIs and performance expectations.
• Oversee internal and third-party warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage and product protection.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and resources to support production volumes and business needs.
• Establish and maintain warehouse procedures and operating standards in line with requirements.
• Drive warehouse safety and compliance with EHS policies for employees and contractors.
• Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee inventory control, stock counts, reconciliation and variance investigations.
• Lead investigations into incidents and material control issues, initiating corrective actions.
• Manage warehouse capacity and space utilization to meet future needs.
• Monitor 3PL performance and cost effectiveness to ensure service levels.
