Job summary

GLOWN PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Assistant to join our Singapore team. You will manage inventory, receive and inspect shipments, and pack e-commerce orders promptly while supporting the manager with ad-hoc tasks.

You will maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. The role requires prior warehouse experience and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy retrieval
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy and quality before storage
• Pack items from e-commerce platforms promptly to meet delivery schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to support operational efficiency
• Support the manager by performing ad-hoc duties as required to facilitate smooth warehouse operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues and provide service
