Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for the West region to supervise a night-shift crew from 8 PM to 8 AM. You will drive daily operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure accurate inventory with WMS and SAP.

Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and vendors, ensuring safety compliance, managing billing and records, and coaching staff through performance reviews and Kaizen-driven improvements.

Qualifications

Diploma with 3 years’ experience leading a team.
Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
Experience dealing with customers at all levels.
Valid Forklift License and Work-at-Height certification.
Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.
Drive team performance to achieve operational KPIs, productivity targets, and service excellence.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company SOPs, and operational procedures.
Coordinate closely with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
Monitor inventory accuracy using WMS and SAP systems, ensuring timely updates and proper stock control.
Oversee billing, documentation, KPI reporting, and operational records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and traceability.
Coach, train, and mentor team members through performance management, staff development, and annual appraisals.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and Lean projects, to enhance operational efficiency and support ad-hoc logistics projects.
