Job summary

Sanofi Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and kitting activities, ensuring accurate material preparation, labeling and timely delivery to manufacturing lines. The role also focuses on raw materials sampling, ALCOA+ data integrity and continuous improvement across the operation.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, QA/QC, Planning, HSE, Engineering and IT to maintain smooth material flow and compliance with GMP/GDP, while coaching and developing team

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory experience.
• Experience in GMP/GDP environment and inventory control.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Pharmacy or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and kitting activities, including picking, verification, preparation, labelling, assembly, staging and delivery to Manufacturing.
• Coordinate daily production orders and ensure materials and kits are available and delivered to the manufacturing floor on time.
• Coach and develop team, strengthen warehouse capabilities and drive continuous improvement across kitting and sampling operations.
• Maintain SOPs, data integrity, and compliance with cGMP, GDP, HSE and company standards.
• Oversee sampling operations and ensure proper handling, labeling and documentation of materials.
