Job summary

Sanofi Aventis Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day warehouse and kitting operations at our Singapore site.

You will ensure materials are prepared, sampled, staged and delivered in line with GMP/GDP standards while maintaining strict traceability and safety. You will work closely with Manufacturing, QA/QC, Planning, HSE, Engineering and IT to ensure smooth material flow, resolve issues and develop the Kitting and Sampling teams through coaching and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
• Demonstrated supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical GMP-regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and kitting activities including material picking, preparation and delivery.
• Coordinate sampling of raw materials and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and material traceability across SAP.
• Coach and develop team members, drive safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, QA/QC, Planning, HSE, Engineering and IT.
