Job summary

SCIGEN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Product Specialist to drive sales growth across the expanding specialty portfolio.

You will execute territory strategies, accelerate launch uptake, and strengthen engagement with key healthcare stakeholders to meet commercial objectives. The role involves achieving sales targets, developing new business, and building relationships with HCPs, KOLs, hospitals, pharmacies, and procurement stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
• Develop new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, KOLs, hospitals, pharmacies, and procurement stakeholders.
• Execute territory and account plans to maximize product uptake and commercial performance.
• Support product launches, formulary access, and tender execution.
• Conduct effective scientific and commercial product discussions with customers.
• Maintain agreed customer coverage and engagement standards.
• Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Prepare timely sales forecasts, CRM updates, and business reports.
• Maintain strong product, disease, and market knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
