Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd. is seeking a Supply Chain Executive (PHARMA MNC) based in the East. The role includes client relationship management, order execution, and coordinating shipments with multiple internal teams.

Training will be provided. You will work Mon-Fri in office hours with location access in Changi and islandwide pickup. A degree in logistics or business is required, and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar.
• Experience in order management and regulatory coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee order processing and SAP setup (material/customer master, contacts).
• Coordinate shipments, courier arrangements and proof of delivery.
• Liaise with Regulatory team to secure import licenses for inbound shipments.
• Monitor timelines and budgets across multiple countries and projects.
