Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Tuas seeks a Logistics Coordination Executive (Pharma/Supply Chain 3PL) for a 12-month contract. You will coordinate between 3PL partners, QA, planning, and manufacturing to ensure timely material release, planning, and delivery to support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include tracking inbound/outbound materials in SAP, coordinating with QA, and ensuring GMP/GDP compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and SAP.
• 1–5 years of logistics coordination, supply chain, or 3PL environment.
• Experience coordinating with QA on material release in pharma/regulatory setting.
• Ability to process material orders and generate SAP reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact between 3PL partners, QA, planning teams, and manufacturing site for material movement.
• Coordinate with QA on material release approvals prior to delivery to manufacturing site.
• Liaise with planning and manufacturing teams to align material delivery schedules with production needs.
• Communicate status updates on material inbound/outbound shipments and delays.
• Standby to support urgent materials requests when required.
