Job summary
BOK SENG LOGISTICS PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced Contract Logistics Business Development Manager/Senior Manager with a strong medical/pharma background to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored contract logistics solutions.
You will lead negotiations, collaborate with operations and compliance teams, and develop strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets, focusing on temperature-controlled logistics and GDP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare, or related field.
- 5+ years in business development or sales in contract logistics or pharma.
- Prior experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry with regulatory knowledge.
- Ability to develop customized logistics solutions including temperature control and GDP compliance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in medical/pharma contract logistics.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment manufacturers, and healthcare organizations.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with operations, legal, finance and marketing to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
