Job summary

Anradus Pte Ltd, located in Singapore (Ubi), seeks an Indoor Sales Executive to manage online storefronts, drive B2B partnerships, and coordinate with warehousing to ensure timely fulfilment. This permanent role offers a base salary with commissions and a variable bonus, in a 5-day week.

You will oversee listings, pricing, and customer inquiries, leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance efficiency and sales growth. Strong organisation and tech aptitude are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Experience in e-commerce store management, digital sales, telesales or online customer service (B2B is an added advantage).
• Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Excel, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all online storefronts, ensuring accurate pricing, product descriptions, images, and listings to support sales conversions.
• Audit digital sales channels to maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and content.
• Handle end-to-end online sales processes including orders, inquiries, fulfillment, and follow-ups for a smooth customer experience.
• Develop new B2B partnerships with pet shops, cafés, and other businesses via digital prospecting and video calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners through virtual meetings and proactive account management.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Delivery teams to monitor stock and ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain sales and inventory records including weekly stock reports and monthly top customers using Excel.
• Assist in enhancing workflow automation to improve productivity in daily sales and e-commerce operations.
• Monitor online sales trends and opportunities to drive digital growth and new accounts.
