Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Digital Marketing, IT, E-Commerce or related discipline.
• Experience in e-commerce store management or digital sales (B2B is a plus).
• Proficient with MS 365, Google Workspace, Excel, and AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee all online storefronts with accurate pricing, descriptions, images, and specifications.
• Audit digital channels to ensure inventory, pricing, and content accuracy.
• Run end-to-end online sales processes including orders, inquiries, fulfilment, and follow-ups.
